Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days
International Orders We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at trevonbakedem@icloud.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
